This notwithstanding, whenever there are any difficulties or queries, these will be attended by our Customer Care department. Situated just near the entrance from the car park side, our department is staffed at all opening times, thus ensuring that if you have any queries, problems or need a little assistance, we are always there to help you. Our customer care personnel can assist you if you need to return a product. Please make sure that the product is not expired, or if it is, kindly provide the dated receipt as proof of purchase, and make sure that the item itself is in good condition. We do not give money back, but can issue a credit note which you can redeem within the supermarket itself. |
